Original Feedback for Aylsham Surgery:

Appointments

The practice seems to take the role of gatekeeper very seriously. I don't mean that in a good way. Both the website and the surgery itself make it very difficult to make a simple appointment. Don't even bother trying to get hold of your own records and test results unless you can sit by the phone all day. The daily triage system seems an incredible waste of time and resources. Although it is quite effective in reducing footfall I imagine: only those that are retired have the time to get over all the hurdles involved in getting to see a doctor. Extremely frustrating.
