The surgery is very good. You can call between 8am and 10m and be triaged for care that same day, it seems to work very well. The care at the surgery is good but other services and treatment don't seem yo be joined up and I felt I was having to chase my d

I suffered a broken hip around a year ago and spent some time in hospital. I was then referred for physiotherapy sessions and given a six-week course of exercises. However, they have not been enough to get me back to full functionality and I have been left in constant pain. I was then offered hydrotherapy sessions to help with the pain, but again only four sessions have been arranged and I don't feel this is enough. I have been prescribed medication to relieve the pain and the GP surgery have been very helpful with this. However, I feel I'm now just being given pills to cope with the pain, rather than the underlying cause being addressed. While the staff at the surgery are wonderful and the care excellent, I do feel the various different areas that are contributing to my care are not coordinated and that I'm having to chase my own diagnosis and treatment.
