Constant missed diagnosis and lazy doctors.

I have had a deficient in B12 for nearly 4 years- I was unaware of this until I had a recent blood test by this has been in my records but not taken seriously by doctors. I was suffering with depression and anxiety, unbeknownst to me this is the main side effect of B12 deficiency. I have been back and forth to the doctorss for year and they have pushed antidepressants which only last year I begun to refuse as they weren't helping and hadnt since taking them. After my blood test, I begun a course of B12 tablets after a week or so I noticed if I missed one tablet I'd become very depressed & disassociate. I needed a face to face appointment due to the side effects and I had to argue with staff to get appointments and they even lie and told me that my blood had been read by a doctor and were fine...I push and they finally gave me a face to face appointment where I was told my bloods hadn't been looled at and they were still sat on the system with an obvious notification for them to be looked at, the nurse seemed very confused as she has also sent a request to 2 doctors (the ones pushing antidepressants) to authorise B12 injection as althought I been on tables for 3 months my levels were still low, they had denied the request for B12 inject without explanation. The nurse made an independent decision to start my course of injects that day! She was amazing...but trying to get an explaination regarding the doctors previous malpractice is impossible and everytime I try to get answers I'm giving phone appointments with diffent doctors, im yet to speak with either doctor who denied my B12 injection nor have I been given an explanation or apoloy for the receiptionist and patent coordinator both lying and saying my blood had been read when they hadn't. I'm reporting this all with NHS complaints and maybe then I get an explanation to why they ignored my deficiency for 4 years and pushed antidepressants, pretty much refusing any help when I declined them. Push, push and push some more if you want these doctors to care pf your health as they don't care to help unless they can prescribe you a tablet and get you to shut up.
