This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who visits your service page on our website, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

Appointment scheduling issues

My dentist is very good it just involves long waits as they are often running behind. Upon arriving for my check up recently he advised he would like to send me for a full scan due to issues with my jaw. He advised reception of this and then swiftly booked a follow up appointment to discuss the results in 4 weeks. I had to rush to cancel my appointment as I did not hear anything from then regarding my referral until 5 weeks later. Why allow me to book an appointment within 4 weeks if they know it could take longer to get the referral and scan completed? In the meantime I enquired and was told that they were the ones who issued and sent out the referral letter so I don't understand why they could not have coordinated and communicated this process much better.
