This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Our family dentist for many years

Beechcroft Dental Practice has been our family dentist for many years going back to the days when it was owned and run by Mr Wooster. Overall, the care has been excellent. We deal with Dr Martins. A recent misunderstanding regarding one of our registrations was quickly resolved by the Practice Manager. Our only slight issue has been with checking in for an appointment, when we have arrived in time, but the intercom not being answered has rendered us at risk of being termed late. There is a sign on the door to patients advising that late arrival or DNA (did not attend) for an appointment is subject to a charge and re-booking. That said, in the current situation, we wanted to make a point of sharing our overall positive experience and express our gratitude, particularly to Dr Martins for the care and compassion she showed during a recent consultation.
