Left in pain

I've had stomach issues for most of my life. I've been back and forth with doctors so many times. I moved to Little Plumstead in 2021 and heard great reviews about Blofield Surgery so was happy to register with them. I have been to them about my stomach numerous times and, although they have sent off tests etc on a couple of occasions, they have now left me in pain (with no answers) for 16 days. I done yet another e-consult form on Tuesday at 8am, heard back at 9am saying it would be reviewed the day after (???) It got reviewed and I have been told to wait 16 days for a face to face appointment. As much as this would be okay, it's not because the e-consult form I put in was because of how much pain I was in and so need help a bit sooner than 16 days, surely? I'm now at the point where I am seriously questioning going to my local A&E just to get one-off pain relief just to give myself a bit of a break, even if that means waiting another 15 days in more on and off unbearable pain that even water escalates (and the doctors know all of this).
