This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Been here 22 years

We've been here 22 years, it's much busier than it used to be. My only complaint now is that some samples haven't been sent down to the hospital a couple of times - most recently was the 16th December. Apart from that, although it's busy, we couldn't be more satisfied. The dispensary haven't been able to get one of my medications since June 2019 which is a shame. As an example of how busy it can be, this morning my appointment was at 10.40 but we went in at 11.15. It happens regularly but the wait time is no different than in the 1960s!
