Brilliant service here, they've always been excellent, very friendly. I have been coming here for 68 years.

They're nice, friendly, and efficient. It's a bit annoying that I can't use the dispensary and I have to go to Rackheath because they're full. But other than that, it's brilliant.

You see a nurse rather than a doctor

I have anaphylaxis so I need an EpiPen so I can be here quite a lot. When you do finally get an appointment the biggest problem is that you can't see a doctor, you get a nurse instead. It can also be a terrific long wait at the dispensary.

They're always obliging, always get you in, accommodating, the dispensary is good too.

I've never had a problem - however appointments are a bit difficult, can wait a fortnight to see someone.

Easy to park here which is great. They are welcoming and the doctors were first class.

I find the services okay. I don't mind waiting a couple of days for an appointment and think they do a good job under increasing pressure.

I go regularly for diabetes checks and I have been for other issues, they are always very good. The doctors, nurses and other staff are always very helpful. You can always get an appointment on the day if you need one. They will always sort out any problems you have.
