Pharmacist rude and unhelpful

I had just come out of hospital after being admitted from A&E with my third pulmonary embolism - all four lobes of the lungs and lung damage. I had been prescribed apixaban indefinitely and was told I could collect the medical emergency cards from my local pharmacy. I was very poorly, scared and could not walk more than a few metres so my husband went in to ask for the cards so I can carry them in case of emergency. The pharmacist “told him off” like a child that they don’t have the cards and that they only come with the medication and we hadn’t put in a prescription yet. We were told by the hospital we could collect the cards from a pharmacy! To have only one card from the box of pills was not helpful when I want to have them in various purses, bags, work gear and pockets. My job means I need to drive around or may even get a bruise or cut… this attitude was appalling and upsetting when we were already stressed and upset. I complained via the Boots FB messenger service. My first complaint was 07/02/24. I was told I would get a response from the pharmacy in 72 hours. It is now 08/03/24 and I have now complained 3 times with more than 72 hours between each. Boots message to say they are shocked I haven’t had a response and chase it but nothing happens. This seems to reflect the lack of care from this particular Boots pharmacy.
