Terrible Pharmacy. Late by 4 days 2 out of 3

I moved from Lloyds in Sainsburys to Boots as Lloyds are closing. I actually left the Boots on the Hardwick 5-6 years ago as they were totally useless back then. So i joined Lloyds`. Now i dont have a choice & go back with Boots because they are local. Already i cant get through on the phone "28mins" waiting & nothing. So i called in & asked Is my prescription ready i ordered 10 days ago, "I dont know" What a great start with this useless bunch. Plus a rubbish excuse, she said "We have staff on holiday & Lloyds are closing so we are busy" SO! get more staff or work longer hours. Out of the 3 times i used them so far, twice they have taken 11 days from ordering my meds to once being on time. This is about my medication that twice i couldn't take for 4 days "8 in total". Its not a loaf of bread. The pharmacy should have a separate rating on Google as its not fair on the nice & helpful general store staff to be under the same criticism.
