Original Feedback for Boots (Heacham):

Dread having to pick up my medication

Unfortunately I find Boots in Heacham a nightmare. It is awkward to access for wheelchair users or with a pushchair as no ramp and the space is tight inside. I often have to carry my toddler in and there is usually a long wait in a queue which is not ideal. The shop is so small that a middle aisle causes limited visibility to the tills and results in queue jumping. The parking is limited outside and on many occasions I have gone to pick up my medication and found Boots to be closed despite the opening times stating otherwise. This has resulted in many a wasted trip and days with missed medication. I dread having to go as it’s always such hard work. On a positive note, the staff are friendly and professional.
