As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. still waiting for glasses

I had to have my eyes restested after the original test was not correct. Second test fine and duly went to collect glasses for the second time. One pair for every day and one pair of sunglasses. Unfortunately. the sunglasses were not tinted!! Staff apologised and and said they would send them away again and contact me within a week. Unfortunately, we are now 2 weeks later and I have heard nothing. Why does no-one answer the telephone at Boots? It says "Your satisfaction guaranteed". This is certainly not the case. If only someone would answer the phone!! What sort of customer service is this? So frustrating.
