Original Feedback for Boots (Norwich, Riverside Retail Park):

    PHAMACISTS ARE CONSTANTLY LEAVING

I have been using Boots for well over 10 years, over the years you get to know people, I have lost count of how many Pharmasists have left due to Boots being either, under staffed, staffed but don't know what they are doing, Pharmasists being over worked and under paid, classic example, I have seen with my own eyes at least 2 Pharmasists leave Boots to join Morrisons independant Pharmacy, which is about a 3 minute walk away from Boots. I "HEAR" the hours are better and so is the pay. Don't get me wrong, the people who work at Boots are lovely people, I have never once had any one be rude to me, and I see and hear what they're going through, they work really hard in there, and it doesn't help them when they have doctors surgeries, who lie and mess them about , classic example, Lionwood Medical Practice are just the worst. May be it is time that the manager, or some one above them was to get involved, because I am shocked anyone works at Boots, Riverside, the way things are.
