    As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this.     Terrible service

    I was in the queue and a couple were being seen to. A elderly lady decided to jump the queue and went in front of me. I didn't mind so much,but then another lady jumped the queue to hand a prescription over,then the assistant finished off serving the couple. I asked for a repeat prescription for the wife,which was put in the surgery on Monday. She said it would be ready Monday as it takes a week to process,but on the website it says 3 days. I walked out on her still mumbling about something I had already had ten minutes of my life taken away through rude people thinking it's okay to push in. And the lack of a speedy service, which sums up the whole of Norfolk.
