No staff or stock

Repeatedly having to go back multiple times to get prescriptions as they are most often out of stock of common medicines. Had been told to wait 5 days by one member of staff and then when I went back later in the day to ask them to see my doctors urgent email requesting they return the prescription request to the spine so it could be dispensed elsewhere it turned out they actually had all the medication there and were able to give it to me there and then. I previously waited 9 weeks for them to get the.same medicines in for me because the text message service to notify me of it arriving hadn't been used, meaning twice weekly visits to see if they had it. Was also told that ringing ahead wouldn't work as they wouldn't be answering the phone. With the other local pharmacies closing down this one is now inundated and for the last 3 years has had barely any stock in, today I waited for half an hour in the queue to be told 5-10days for prescriptions to be dealt with. They may be short staffed but there are some working there who are very rude and treat customers as an inconvenience to their day which doesn't help the situation.
