Prescription collection

I went to collect my husband's prescription on friday 15/10/21 and it was not ready and told me to come in the evening which I could not make it on that day or on the 16/10/21. When I went to collect on 17/10/21, the Eaton Boots pharmacy was half opened with shutters on and when I asked the one of the uniform lady behind the shutters about the prescription her abrupt reply was " we are dispensing only antibiotics ". I begged with her whether she could just dispense the antihypertensive medication as he had run out of it and I am happy to collect the rest of the medication the following day. Her very unhelpful reply was, we did put a board on friday saying " we have a limited service on 17/10/21 which was not very visible any way even if she had put them up. I understand there may be staff shortage ,sickness etc but the reply to the customer should be polite .Her mannerism, attitude ,un cooperativeness etc was very unprofessional and amazed me being a Health care professional myself and working in NHS for last 15 years.
