Original Feedback for Boughton Surgery:

In-accessible physiotherapy

An appointment with the physiotherapist involved the carer having to LIFT the patient and wheelchair over a step to get in and out. The physiotherapy table was not capable of being raised or lowered, so the patient could not get on the table, and the therapist could not demonstrate the exercises. This is unacceptable. When we tried to contact the surgery, we were told to send an email, and that the email address was on the website. We could not find an email address on the contact page, and when we tried to send a message we were told that a message could not be sent because they were too busy today.
