As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. Request repeat prescription via the Boughton

It is 17.49 on a Friday. I am trying to request my repeat medication but the message comes up that it is out of hours (But starts 18.30 on Friday and I still have 40 odd minutes until it is "out of hours") and I will have to wait until Monday morning now to put in my request. There is a message that now routinely comes up " Too busy to take anything but urgent messages for the practice". This has been there for weeks now. This is not a good service. Also I had to wait several weeks for an appointment for my 93 year old mother.
