Original Feedback for Boughton Surgery:

Incorrect appointment booking

I made an appointment for a telephone call with doctor regarding my son on 1sy May in person at reception whilst attending a physio appointment for myself. The call was scheduled for 22nd May. I was expecting the call today but instead received a call from the physio for myself asking the same questions I gave in person three weeks ago, only to find he had not taken any action from our actuyal appointment. I called the surgery to see if it was coincidence he called and that I was still awaiting a call re my son, to be told no, they have nothing on record, and I'd have to go online to book an appointment or call at 8am. The website will not take bookings due to high demand and I am often working at 8am and unable to call, so had to book another phone call for an appointment on 18th June, making it approximately a 7 week lead time to speak to anyone about my sons medical needs.
