Very helpful
9th June 2022The staff are all very helpful and it's convenient. Booking an appointment is fine for me. I could have changed doctors when I moved but this one is good so I have stayed with them.

Overall it's good
9th June 2022Personally I find the doctors and the nurses good. You can wait a long time to get results. Also I don't want the receptionist to give me my results, it's not appropriate, I need to know more about what they mean. One small point. In the waiting area there is a screen with lots of usual information but it scrolls too quickly so it is difficult to read.

Always helpful
9th June 2022Sometimes it can be hard to get through on the phone. You can wait for a long time. Once you get through it is good and if they say a doctor will call you back they do. They are good at that. they are always very helpful and compassionate.

No complaints whatsoever
8th June 2022I have been with the surgery a long time and things have changed but I get an excellent service. The population has increased and I am a bit concerned that there will not be enough doctors. I needed a blood test and there was a three week wait but when I explained it was urgent as the hospital needed the result the reception staff sorted it out. Excellent service. My wife also had a good service the doctor spoke to her on the phone, called her in to see them, referred her to the hospital for a scan and she was in hospital having surgery all within 2 weeks. If the doctor had not been so helpful the result could have been very different.

I'm Not Liking it
28th February 2022I'm not really liking it at the moment. It's a whole rigmarole to get through to speak to someone. I know the receptionists are only doing what they're told to do. Some people don't have computers and I have to help my elderly friend access the surgery. I heard that it's going to stay like that for the foreseeable future and it's just too much for vulnerable people. Since the covid rules started I've been prescribed a lot of antibiotics without even seeing a doctor face-to-face, before the pandemic I never got prescribed any!

Dementia diagnosis
10th March 2020It took some time for my husband's GP to refer for a dementia diagnosis. I didn't feel listened to, and I didn't feel my concerns were taken seriously. After the diagnosis the care has improved but it was a very difficult time for my family.

Good quality care
28th August 2019I have been registered with this practice for over 20 years and my GP has just retired. It can be hard to get through on the telephone sometimes but I always receive good quality care. The nurses are very knowledgeable and I am very confident of the care I receive in the Warfarin clinic. The surgery has a lift to the top floor so it is easily accessible too.
