This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Varied Experiences

I find that the surgery varies from being unhelpful to really good. I was able to get a GP appointment within 3 days and they immediately referred me to the hospital, can't do better than that! On the flip side, I've had issues with phone consultations. I've been told the doctor would call on a certain day and then I've not had a call and I've had to rebook for the following day. That's happened a few times.
