Original Feedback for Brundall Dental Practice:

Struck off after 18 years

My wife and I have been NHS patients at this practice for around 12-15 years. We went for our first check up for a long time due to the pandemic and because my wife is immunosuppressed due to a medical condition. During our check-ups, we would normally have a scale and polish if necessary or another appointment for it to be done under the Band 1 charge. We were both told this would only be possible under the Band 2 charge which is very expensive for two pensioners on a limited income. A few days later, we received a letter telling us we had both been removed from the dental list and will no longer be treated. I am particularly concerned for my wife due to her medical condition as issues with her oral health could have a very serious impact on her overall health.
