Poor dispensary .

The surgery faces many problems. . Since the local pharmacy closed, the only realistic option is to have medicines dispensed. I have been a patient for over 20years, initially I could use the local pharmacy but that has sadly closed. My orders for medication have been incorrect more often than correct. The over crowded conditions that dispensers work in and the lack of more highly qualified supervision makes this understandable but not acceptable . The loss of an excellent doctor and the ongoing illness of another has inevitably impacted on the quality of care. Sadly they have also been affected by the loss of an excellent nurse.
