  Unfortunately on moving to the area, I am forced to register with one of the ENMP practices. I have been on treatment for 4 years which I have had to pay for privately, as waiting lists are over 8 years long despite it being life-saving treatment (literally). I have a shared care agreement in place with my previous doctor, this practice has refused to honour it and will be suddenly stopping my treatment, causing considerable risk to my life and overall wellbeing. This news wasn't even delivered by the doctor themselves, the poor receptionist had to tell me on their behalf!

• Doctors work really hard

  I'm concerned that we're going to need additional GP's once the new houses in the area are built. This surgery is very good, they have long opening hours and the doctors work really hard. We should be really grateful we have them.

  They're very good, I'm happy with the service. The receptionists are good and they make sure I get seen.

  I think they're really good, I make my appointments on the phone and the wait is ok, they give you an appointment when you call

• Dedicated Continuation of Patient Care

  Some 6-8 weeks ago my Husband sustained a nasty, open wound on his Right calf, following a fall that required x2 weekly change of dressings and treatment at our Surgery. We attended without DNA appts at all and the Nursing/Clinical care and continuous monitoring was excellent from beginning to his discharge. Thank You Dr Parker and Team very much indeed.

  The doctor is very good when they have time. I find the nurses to be quite helpful. Prior to covid I had a yearly checkup, but that hasn't happened since. Lots of things seem to not be happening anymore. It's getting more and more difficult to get an appointment.

• Bad treatment

  I am in bed after an operation on a broken kneecap….a re-occurring jaw infection is back and I’ve phoned the doctors for help …they have sent my prescription to a delivery service in Stoke on Trent and I live in Norfolk…why didn’t they send it into the chemist next to the surgery and a neighbour could have picked it up the same day…still haven’t got it and it’s the weekend now…in pain both ends….
