Original Feedback for Campingland Surgery:

Horrified

Being neurodiverse, sudden change to routine is difficult, but a change you are not expecting is even worse—especially when I find out about it at the chemist when collecting medication. My four-weekly prescription was changed to a weekly pick-up with no notice or contact. I live 10 miles away, so it's not easy, and I suffer with severe anxiety and agoraphobia. Had someone even read my notes prior to deciding to make this change, they would have realised the effect it would have. Since Dr. Clayson retired, the surgery seems to have lost touch with their patients' health history, and it feels like no one knows what is going on!
