  I've been nervous of dentists all my life. I had to have root canal. I said to the dentist "I'm nervous about this" and he said "don't worry, you won't feel a thing". He drilled to the right depth, used the numbing cream and he was right; I didn't feel any of it.

  yes she failed to pull one out and cracked the adjoinind tooth ,had to wait until a emergency dental person came to prctice to remove

  They seem to have a high turnover there as they frequently cancel my appointments due to staffing issues. I had to have a root canal and then a crown and then the crown fell off and the dentist said there's nothing they can do for me. I just have a hole in the back there now!   Had a root canal treatment last February. However was unable to be completed due to my gag reflex . Referred to specialist service but due to covid wasnt seen. Now I have lost my tooth and any confidence with this dentist

  I go every six months for my check up, I was there last week. I find them very efficient, very nice people. They always let you know when your appointment is.

  My son used this dentist and had a cap put on a tooth, it had fallen off within six weeks. They were quite rude to him about his teeth and told him it was his own fault. Staff turnover is high, there's no rapport and they are pushy about treatment.

  I have a lovely dentist. I was very worried about dentists before coming here but they are good. There's been a few changes in ownership and staff recently. I've always had very good treatment. They have very good people skills, they are reassuring and explain everything.

  You get appointments easy enough. They are all good, there does seem to be new dentists from different countries every few years, and they all have a different way of working, which can take some getting used to.

  Bad treatment and bad attitude. They left a piece of my husbands tooth in his gum. He complained and they said nothing was wrong. He now goes elsewhere.
