Very difficult to see a doctor

I moved to Dersingham 11 years ago and at that time the surgery had 5 full time doctors and 2 part time, it was wonderful. Now I think we have 2 doctors and occasionally triage nurses. Until last week I barely seen a doctor face to face in around 3 years. Your only option is to call first thing and you end up in a long call queue. I was also discharged from the Queen Elizabeth where the consultant told me to see my doctor, when I tried to the doctor said I didn't need to. I did a well women clinic not too long ago, and the nurse was excellent. They were concerned and had someone ring me. The doctor asked questions and had me in and I ended up doing lots more tests. This was back in February though and I've not heard anything since. I am considering transferring to a different surgery.
