Good service but a few problems
12th April 2021Long wait to get hold of anyone by phone difficult for people who work 9 to 5 as apts tend to be within this time, have no email address to get hold of to show problem and they call you back at work which can be awkward

Appointment issues
20th November 2019The telephone system is not great and I have experienced difficulties in getting an appointment. The processes in place make it very difficult to speak to the right person who can help. There is a triage system but this doesn't always prove helpful.

Telephone appointments
17th September 2019It is difficult to get an appointment but I can have a telephone appointment which is useful sometimes as it is not always necessary to be seen face to face. If I need a face to face appointment I am happy to be seen by whoever is available. I have also been referred to their Gayton Road surgery to see a GP there with a certain specialty which is very helpful.

Good diabetes care
17th September 2019It isn't always easy to get an appointment and I don't always see the same GP. I would prefer to see the same GP but I understand that might be difficult to achieve. The nurses and other staff are all friendly and I get very good care for my diabetes.

Excellent GP Surgery
17th September 2019The NHS in general and this surgery look after me very well. I can get appointments to suit and the care is very good. This is a very caring GP surgery and we are lucky to have this surgery here in Dersingham.

Lovely staff
17th September 2019It is difficult to get an appointment sometimes, if you are unwell it is not good to struggle to get through on the telephone. It would be nice to see the same GP but it is not essential for most things. The care is good and the surgery is nice and easy to access. The staff are lovely and it is useful to order my prescription online.

Good Care
17th September 2019It can be difficult to get an appointment and I don't usually see the same GP each time. I tend to go to the Health Centre to make an appointment to avoid the telephone queue. Otherwise the care is good and it is a pleasant and welcoming environment.

Pretty good
14th February 2019Pretty good here, I don't really have any trouble getting appointments providing you know to call before 10am if it's urgent, they'll send a GP.

Very helpful
17th December 2018The staff are very helpful. My doctor has been great with helping me to get help with my hip - they communicate really well with the hospital. The only thing is that it takes 3 weeks to get an appointment with the same doctor, but that's not their fault.
