Strict visitor restrictions due to COVID

My relative has been in Cavell Court for about 8 months. They've had COVID several times and this means we've not been in at all. We can only talk to her through a glass frame in the old potting shed. They have spoke to us about not being able to have visitors and regularly send email updates but there has been no information on when things may be back to normal. She's having good care so I can't complain about Cavell Court but it's just the visiting restrictions. They did open up and we got in to see her once but the minute there is a case they lock down completely again. Surely there is a way they can allow people to visit still - they may not have long left and the visits are so important.
