The system is broken

I have been a patient of the Gorleston Medical Centre for a number of years long before the merger with Central Surgery, which has been a total disaster for patients of this once great surgery. It was never a problem obtaining an appointment before the merger and generally speaking one could see ones preferred doctor in a reasonable time frame. Alas these days are long gone now since the merger with central surgery,which despite assertions to the contrary in the run up to the merger has actually made it harder to gain an appointment not easier!.
