making a telephone call to gp practice

The gp who phoned me this morning was quick to ring back, however as she is in a hub could not make an urgent appointment to have my bloods taken. Trying to reach a receptionist is very bad. when I phoned the first time I was 15th in the waiting list, after about 3/4 hour I was number 3 however I then got cut off. so I tried the website to be told no appointments available, I am now trying to phone again now I am number 20, its so frustrating but I need this blood test urgently. I was sent a letter say I need a routine blood test a few weeks ago so I did not worry about getting the test results. Bring back Hopton surgery please
