This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. Not user friendly.

I use pod for repeat prescription. 8 days later part of medication list not there, why.?.. Doctors review. Now its not viagra or birth control but MORPHINE.. I ve been taking for years... Suddenly stopped until review.. Phone up surgery and get a phone appointment no call wrong number... Phone back and doctor will phone me... No callback... Next day same thing no call wrong number, phone back give 2 more phone numbers get call... Doctor says he cutting my meds because govt says so... I say I will complain he says he will advise pain clinic to stop meds.. (pass the buck)... He has never met or talked to me ever... Does not know my situation.. Offers no alternative for extreme pain relief.... Then cuts me off.. Fantastic. This practice has hit the floor in my opinion, from mistakes by reception staff to rude doctor... I'm making an official complaint right up the line as far as I can... 17yrs a patient... By the way.. Still advertise for patients while not functioning to existing patients....
