Blood Glucose Levels and Tinnitus

If I could give a Rating of -100, I WOULD...!!! For a while I've felt unwell and have been a Diabetic for many years.. Recently I had to call 111 and a Doctor told me to Double my Meds.. I had a long awaited Appointment today for Blood Tests which was sent to me on my iPhone under the NHS Phone App which clearly stated that I had an Appointment at Gorleston Medical Centre - but when I went there today they told me it should have been at The Beaches Medical Centre!! I asked them to phone The Beaches and tell them I was coming straight over! ..but by the time I reached there, they just said there was nothing they could do about it, and gave me another appointment for a Month's time! The staff member was just dismissive and then went onto a phone call and ignored me... I felt so upset because it was THEIR MISTAKE in the Text they sent me...
