Disappointing

I was a clinician concerning a mark on my neck in December. He asked me to scrape the scab of it and keep a photo diary of what happened. He thought it could be a type of skin cancer. I was supposed to come back in January but was unable as my daughter has been very unwell with depression partly due to problem with grandson who has Downs Syndrome and Autism. I sent a form in today and received a message saying my request had been triaged by an appropriate clinician and considered to be of routine priority. They have requested that a patients who need routine appointments contact the surgery at a later time. My family has been registered at this surgery since 1984 and it has got so bad recently. Surely this isn’t the way to treat patients.
