This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Poor access

Was sent message to request new diabetic blood meter along with a code from the manufaturer. Code did not work so tried to contact practice for help. The phone number they have put on the NHS site is incorrect, the code for Gt Yarmouth is NOT 01483. Could not contact anyone by phone and trying to email is impossible as the practice shut down messaging in the afternoon. Poor care for diabetics yet again as in the past I have had to source and buy a finger pricker for blood tests myself.
