Utterly awful and now looking to change GP

There appears to very limited joined up thinking in terms of the poorly designed website, sharing of test results, awareness of medical information and communication between doctors. Would not recommend this surgery at all. I am not going to go into personal details but they fob you off and redirect to website at every opportunity (zero personal touch), doctors have almost no awareness of medical history or medical blaming data transfer taking 6 months (I’ve been with the surgery for 11 years!!), doctors have no awareness of test results and they have messed up communication of test results now for both myself and wife (of which are quite serious). The GP federation needs a good going over to tell the truth. I am a teacher and am subjected to the critique of Ofsted. This place needs looking at.
