Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Waiting times are too long

It can be very difficult to get through to the surgery at any time of day but particularly in the morning, the phone system means you can be hold for a long time. I've tried to register online to book appointments but have had lots of problems with the app and when I try to speak to the surgery they haven't been able to help me sort out the problem. However, I will say that the actual care given at the surgery cannot be faulted, all the staff are very friendly and caring, which must be difficult to maintain when they work under such pressure.
