This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. Unable to cope with demand

The surgery is unable to cope with the high level of demand, It's ridiculous trying to get through on the phone any time of day but particularly in the morning. There needs to be a change in process when it comes to booking same day appointments. Once you are being seen, the nursing care is excellent. The GP's are all good but you are passed around for GP appointments so you end up having to go through your history over and over again which uses up valuable appointment time. Overall, I would not recommend this surgery to anyone.
