Advice can be confusing

My GP told me I needed a B12 injection, I made an appointment to have this done with the nurse. The nurse said I didn't need the injection I could buy supplements from the pharmacy. This is quite confusing as I don't know which person to listen to. I have tried to use the POD service to order my medicine, the wait on the phone are ridiculous, when I used it last time I was 64th in the queue. I cannot afford to be making such long phone calls from my mobile and I don't have access to a landline.
