Psychotherapist doesn't listen to GPs

My daughter is under the care of Chatterton House. She is meant to have a check up every three months, but that never happens. She has recently been diagnosed with ASD, which we thought might change the kind of therapy she receives. However, we've told the therapists at Chatterton House, but they're not providing any kind of psychotherapy at all. They've offered her CBT but we've tried that before and it hasn't worked, I think maybe she needs dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT), but staff won't even consider it. They won't listen to me, they won't listen to my daughter's GP, and even trying to get in touch on the phone is extremely difficult.
