This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

    As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along.     Patchy service

    But understandable. Getting hold of my local GP is difficult: If I try to phone I get a message like: "Please hold on - you are 9th in the queue." Written communication is complicated; forms and waits for a reply. Not the GPs fault, caseload weighting is too much. All the admin staff and the nurses are excellent and they shoulder much of the work. Last Friday evening I had to speak to the District Nurses and they told me I must contact my GP for antibiotics. Impossible! Luckily I had some in my COPD SOS pack.
