Reception need understanding of dementia

My mother has dementia and it has been hard work dealing with the surgery. Referred from hospital after a fall. There's little support for us as her carers. I have struggled with reception in particular and feel they need a greater level of understanding. When you're struggling to support someone with dementia you need help. When you hit a brick wall it can put you off seeking further support which is wrong. Doctors and nurses are fine, it's just reception.
