Original Feedback for Chet Valley Medical Practice:

No digital communication

There are no facilities for digital communication (no email and no GP or nurse consultations video) at the Chet Valley Medical Practice, Loddon. For the Norfolk and Waveney CCG AGM earlier this year I posted one question (of two) why this is so. I am a regular patient at the Chet Valley Medical Practice (I am 83 and multiply disabled) and I have asked many times about digital facilities, especially video; I am a retired social worker in mental health and know fully about the importance of extra-verbal communication - there is none available. I have even discussed the absence of these facilities with the Practice Manager. He said some trainee doctors have video in the training room but there are no such facilities for patients.
