Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Wouldn't see patient with learning disability

We’re already enrolled and was meant to be seen last October but it has been put back to April this year. I’ve chipped my tooth now so they will need to do work. I think prevention is better than cure but delaying appointments means they have to do more work. I tried to make appointment for our special needs friend and because they didn’t turn up for an appointment they took them off their books. They didn’t turn up because they were petrified. I’ve pleaded with them and they still struck them off their books.
