Received Terrible Dental Treatmeant

I get the impression from my experience that this dental practice does not want to help NHS patients who require complex band 3 treatment. The dentist was happy to leave my mouth in an awful state with loads of broken and buried teeth with my gum tissue going wild and growing over some of the teeth plus gaps in front teeth. Any reasonable dentist would have seen from the state of my teeth that I would have problems chewing and eating plus the fact that i am wary of smiling as I got broken front teeth. I wanted help but the dentist ignored it and when I complained although I got my dental fees back the practice turned down my offer to have to have another dentist take over from their awful one and provide me with much needed band 3 treatment. When a dental practice offers NHS treatmeant they have a legal and moral duty to provide the best care available on NHS and not cherry pick the easiest NHS patients and wash their hands of NHS patients who require more complex band 3 treatment. I feel very depressed about the state of my mouth and now wondering if all dentists who offer NHS treatment going to treat me the same as there was no attempt to reassure me that there were any decent NHS dentists willing to help me!
