Original Feedback for Clock Pharmacy:

Mum was taking the wrong medication

My mum was given a water tablet - furosemide - instead of the heartburn medication she'd been prescribed. The label on the box had her name and the heartburn medicine name, but inside it was furosemide. It was checked in the pharmacy and missed. My mum was taking it for some time before I noticed. It's not the first time this has happened with them. We've told the GP and the pharmacy say they're looking into it. I worry about other people because what if somebody else was given something by mistake that was dangerous for them?
