This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who visits your service page on our website, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

Not told which surgery my appointment was at!

Covid vaccination appointment confirmed by NHS via text message at Aylsham surgery. Drove from Reepham to Aylsham, after queuing for 15 mins I’m told I should have gone to Reepham surgery! Drive back to Reepham, queue further 20 minutes only to be told I should be at Reepham surgeries sister practice at Hungate in Aylsham!!! On pointing out I’ve never heard of Hungate surgery and showing them the text messages that make no mention of Hungate they agree to do it at Reepham. Now after waiting a further 25 minutes I’m done and sitting in the car for the required 15 minutes. Three other people I spoke to in the queue at Reepham told the same story
