This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. COVID booster jab problem

I had an appointment booked on the 20th December at 3pm 2021, I got a taxi there to the gurney surgery on that day. And was not told it had been cancelled. I was fuming that day. And I am on biological injections, for my acute psoriasis skin condition. I was passed around to 4 people that day. I had a wasted day. Why wasn't I told it had been cancelled ?? Hope I will be able to get a refund for the taxi I booked. Probably won't.
