This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Unable to book an appointment

Surgery desperately seems to need more staff and resources. Have tried four times to arrange an appointment for a routine medical condition, often on hold for over half an hour at a time, but only urgent appointments are available and there are no routine /pre-bookable appointments available. Have been advised to phone early in the morning but this is not possible due to nature of my work at the hospital. Very difficult to access care. Frustrating that you have to keep phoning. Would be better if you could phone once and be added to a waiting list or booked an appointment further ahead that can fit around work and childcare. Have resorted to going to walk in centre.
