This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Exceptionally Poor Service

I have been waiting for an appointment since june, finally given one after numerous letters coming through saying i need to book one. I understand the NHS struggles at this point in time but surely there is a better way to manage this. Then to top it off, currently the surgery are delaying my partners application to his new job due to failing to fill in a PAID form with his medial details. Even though they had been sent them. if they just took 5 mins to actually fill in the form and look at his files we now wouldn't be in this position and he would be able to start his new job. without this medical information he's unable to continue with his dream job and that's heartbreaking. He's been speaking to the surgery staff multiple times for this application and all times their attitude has been horrendous. He knows exactly what they deal with as he also works for the NHS but has been shocked by the way he has been treated. We are now stressed about whether this will affect his job completely, he was due to start February we can only pray this works out now.
